Meandering
down a small hill from the Blue Quill and Rusty Spinner a trail will take you to an acre size field with a screened porch along 300 feet of
secluded riverfront.
Along the river here you can spend the day fishing, reading, eating or simply relaxing. A fire pit, large picnic table, 2
charcoal barbecues,
folding chairs and all of the necessary amenities are there to accommodate your
needs and desires. The fishing in this area of the Beaverkill is excellent, especially since
this stretch offers limited access.
The pool the property is on and the surrounding pools have an abundance of wild rainbow and brown
trout. There is also a private road that you can drive down to the lower
property if you'd like to take along a large cooler, to lug any larger items or
to make the short walk down the trail a bit easier. This is also a great area to put in or take out a canoe or small watercraft.
